Poisoned Springtime: What Will You Do?

Not everyone lives and works hidden away inside buildings, wholly apart from nature, even now. There are those of us, here and there, for whom the reality of daily life is deeply bound up in the natural world and the quiet powerful dynamos of the seasons. I, for one, have always spent as much time as possible under a tree, on a beach, or in a garden. I have lived in and with and from the heart of the natural world. As an artist, I paint the sky, letting my mind's eye roam the pure healing blue of the light of day, and the mysterious night's stupendous starry infinity. As a gardener, I dip my hands in the equally sacred soil, planting food for the body's nourishment, and the beautiful flowers whose perfume nourishes the angels. And springtime has always meant the bouyant uprising,simultaneously, of all the inner and outer energies of physical and spiritual renewal. Springtime: the time of the year when the essence of freshness and regeneration rises in our hearts, in the earth itself, and in the sweet blue sky at dawn. This year is different. There is no ineffable joy in the dawn of a perfect spring day. There is no pleasure in sowing the seeds of the future crops. There is no happiness in my life's work of contemplating the beauty of the skies. There is only grief, indignation, debilitation and exhaustion. In short, this is another poisonous Chemtrail Spring. We wake here as usual in central Arizona to noxious grey haze, settling down like death over the outer veneer of burgeoning springtime. Instead of morning dew flavoring the air, there is a toxic metallic taste on the tongue. Above the slick frankenfog, the soldiers of the New Roman Legions go back and forth in the sky, sowing salt in the fields of heaven. And then? If we do not cower inside our houses, we enter the great outdoors, and breathe the insult of slow death for inceasingly overworked immune systems. And who on earth has the right to rob us of this sacred ground we stand on, to destroy the marvellous working of the bodies we inhabit, and to spew chemical venom into the very air we must breathe? Where are our lives in all this? Mine is here now, reduced to writing from quiet fury: and what then? Are we to acccept being forced to live out our lives in electronic corners, wondering about who is destroying our very existence, and why? And does it really matter so much why so many of us are obliged to dwell in virtual chemical dumps? Personally, I no longer care what the evil hare-brained "reasoning" is behind all this. Are so many of us are merely acceptable numbers of damaged goods in a vast experiment to patch the ozone holes? Or are the criminally insane frankenfolk we allow to run our lives deliberately toying with second degree murder and genocide? Are the heartless, mindless, soulless scientists playing with their weather modification games? Is the answer "none of the above", "some of the above, or "all of the above"? I don't care anymore. The point of all this to me is that we, collectively, are allowing these blantant "secret" experiments to have their nasty way with us. We can look around and see how few human beings, in full possession of their wits, unhypnotized by the wholesale dark paradigm, are left standing in the here and now. And those of us who retain sufficient consciousness to see what is in front of our faces, being shoveddown our increasingly inflamed throats, are forcing the issue, demanding to know, writing the endless letters, enduring the ridicule, and in general devoting ourselves to giving these monstrous inhuman secret cartels as hard a time as we possibly can. And then?The gist of all our lives is simple enough: there is a war being waged for the soul of humanity. This war is everywhere, in everything. It is in the water, the air, the earth, the food, the structures of our marketplaces, cultural activities, and in our forms of government. On one side of this battle is the soul of humanity, and on the other side: the corporate-financial-military-industrial-governmental-medical-pharmaceutical-agricultural-educational-religious-scientific-entertainment complex. (Did I leave anything out? No matter.You know who they are.) And at the very core of this dark mess is The Rule by Secrecy versus the Ideal of Democracy. As a whole, humanity is clearly on the brink of complete enslavement, and is going along willingly, blindly into the dark it cannot see. Humans are at present, as a whole, acting like the three monkeys of sheer denial: seeing no evil, hearing no evil, and speaking no evil. All very well, except that at the same time, the monkeys are chained, hypnotized, gassed, enfeebled, dumbed down, and devoured where they sit. But after all, the stock market is still ballooning nicely, we can all go shopping, and there's something wonderfully stupifying on the tube tonight, so all feels perfectly comfy to most of us. So then here we all are. The soul of humanity, our free will, is quietly being chewed to the nub as we watch. What will we do about this, those of us who have eyes to see? Shall we just sit quietly in front of our monitors until the chemical and electromagnetic manipulation of the human mind is perfected, and all our troubled thoughts and feelings will suddenly be over? Is it so far-fetched, given what we factually know already about this technology, to contemplate waking up one morning in a state of total acquiescence in things as they are? Shall we just wait patiently until there is nothing left between our ears capable of registering all this interlocking darkness? I don't think so. I think we will fight to the last raspy breath in our bodies, in every way we possibly can. Especially, we willfight lies by stating the truth as often as we can, in whatever venue our efforts can find a place. This war is best fought at present on mental levels, in the "sky" of our minds. We are fighting first of all for the conscious attention of our fellow human beings. Just as chemtrails are being laid out behind a veil of secrecy in the physical sky, we will lay out the counter-trails of reality and truth openly,on the internet and everywhere else we can find a hearing, in the minds of as many people as we can find to listen. All of us who care about what is happening to humanity see it from our own small point of view, and we differ, sometimes radically, in our particular personal collection of thoughts and ideas about all this. We differ in temperament, background, education, talents, limitations, predispositions, and in every other way that expresses our unique individualities. For this reason, it isn't possible for those of us engaged in this great war to equally like, understand, and agree with all those fighting on our own side- let alone being able to have compassion and understanding for all our fellow beings trapped in the dark paradigm. But we can try to remember the largerpicture: this vast global multidimensional landscape in which we are all equally living, suffering and striving for what we believe in. We can fight to the death, if need by, without the virulent poison of hatred in our hearts, and without the spiritual childishness of separatism in our minds. In the end, if humanity survives spiritually and materially, in some far-off time there will be no "us" and "them": we will know ourselves to be one humanity. In the meantime, we have no choice but to wage an interspecies war toward that very end. The truth is, we are fighting for everyone, and for every child born in the future. If we don't fight, no one will. There is no one else here. There is no one else to care about the soul of human beings except...you and me.

COLUMBINE-A FATHER'S MESSAGE

Guess our national leaders didn't expect this, hmm?

On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful. They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness. The following is a portion of the transcript:


"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers. "The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart. "In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent. I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy-it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. "I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best. This was written way before I knew I would be speaking here today:
Your laws ignore our deepest needs, Your words are empty air. You've stripped away our heritage, You've outlawed simple prayer. Now gunshots fill our classrooms, And precious children die. You seek for answers everywhere, And ask the question "Why?" You regulate restrictive laws, Through legislative creed. And yet you fail to understand, That God is what we need!
"Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and reek havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restr ictive laws. "Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts. "As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes-He did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America, and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA - I give to you a sincere challenge. Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone! My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"

Do what the media did not - - let the nation hear this man's speech.

Bush Inspired by His Mexican Housekeeper

President Bush has always been drawn to stories of Latino immigrants who came up by their bootstraps, and he has one inspiring example close to home, report Senior White House Correspondent Richard Wolffe, White House Correspondent Holly Bailey and Assistant Managing Editor Evan Thomas in Newsweek's May 29 issue (on newsstands Monday, May 22).

Mexican-born citizen Maria Galvan, 53, has worked for Bush, looked after his daughters, befriended his wife and won the affection of the first family for her loyalty, decency and hard work. As governor of Texas, Bush encouraged his housekeeper to become a U.S. citizen
Galvan got a job at the Texas governor's mansion just as Bush moved in with his family in 1995. (The White House last week refused to comment on Galvan, except to say that she is a U.S. citizen; White House aides were silent on how she entered the country and what her legal status was at the time.)

The Bushes liked Galvan so much that they brought her to Washington, D.C., in 2001. She lives in the White House, travels with the first family and looks after their beloved dogs. She is said by White House insiders, who refuse to be identified discussing first family matters, to be "part of the family," which is unusual for staff in the formal, institutionalized Executive Mansion.

Bush recognized early on that inspiring Latino family stories could be a boon to the Republican Party. "He appreciates how close Latino families are with each other," says Israel Hernandez, an early campaign aide whom Bush hired after hearing his family story. "For a long time, he's talked about how these are the qualities he thinks the party represents. He has always talked about immigration in a very compassionate way."

But the president's willingness to help illegal immigrants on the path to citizenship sets him apart from many vocal conservatives in the Republican Party and the divide could paralyze the effort to bring much-needed reform to the nation's immigration laws.

Judge Orders World Can't Wait Activist to Jail Psych Unit

CAROL FISHER REMAINS STRONG AND UNAPOLOGETIC

May 9: Judge Timothy McGinty forcibly incarcerated Carol Fisher in the psych unit of the Cuyahoga County Jail in downtown Cleveland, where she now sits for an indefinite period of time.
In a hastily called hearing yesterday, Judge McGinty made a highly unusual and outrageous decision to force Carol to undergo a state psychological exam as part of her pre-sentencing investigation. From the very start of Carol's case, the judge has openly said that she must have mental problems for resisting an unlawful and brutal encounter with Cleveland Heights police. He went even further in yesterday's hearing, saying that her opposition to the Bush regime makes her "delusional."
The small courtroom on the 21st floor of the Justice Center was ringed with 5 armed court bailiffs. McGinty started off the hearing by making Carol stand up and had one of her attorneys read her t-shirt, which said:

"Wanted for Illegally Crossing Borders: The Bush Regime

"If you are going to insist that crossing borders illegally is a crime which cannot be tolerated, how about George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleezza Rice (and yes, Colin Powell) and the rest of that gang, with their highly illegal, and violent, 'crossing of the border'-into Iraq, among other places?!"

McGinty then said this was proof of her delusion! He also kept saying Carol "wants" to go to jail, and that she has a "martyr complex." When Carol tried to explain why she wouldn't take this test, the judge's only response was, "I do not negotiate with felons."

Does Carol really want to go to jail? No! But she is not willing to comply with a vindictive court ordered test to "prove" her sanity. And more than that, she is taking a stand for everyone who is angry and fearful of a government that, under the rubric of "national security and the war on terror," willfully and unapologetically tramples on the most basic rights of privacy. Think about this in light of the NSA spying scandal, and now Bush wants to install the head of the notorious NSA to be CIA chief! As Carol said before she went to jail, "I'd be crazy to go along with this shit! That which you will not resist and mobilize to stop, you will learn--or be forced--to accept."
Just look at this whole case: a woman posts a "Bush Step Down" poster on a telephone pole, being brutalized by the police in the process, and now not only faces 3 years in prison but also a mandatory psych exam. As Terry Gilbert, one of Carol's attorneys said, "This is Gulag stuff--saying that people who are dissidents are crazy." He further added that in his 33 years of practicing law, he has never seen anything like this.

Is this the kind of country you want to live in?

On the phone this morning, Carol Fisher stated that, in addition to sending her to the psych unit, McGinty has also put her on "suicide watch"! They have taken away her eyeglasses. And if she refuses the psych exam, she will be forcibly sent to North Coast Mental Institute for a 20 day evaluation.
Legal challenges are continuing, including seeking a writ of habeas corpus.

When the transcripts are available to the public, they will show how outrageous this hearing was.

Bush Setting up Attack on Iran

Now that the mission - whatever it was - has not been accomplished in Iraq, Bush is setting up a potentially bigger disaster in Iran.
Last month, Seymour Hersh revealed that the US military is making preparations for an attack on Iran. Recent events confirm Hersh's report.
The Bush administration is stepping up the pressure on the Security Council to pass a resolution that the US will use to justify an invasion. John Bolton, the US ambassador to the United Nations, is pushing Council members to vote on a resolution next week.
Hersh wrote, "There is a growing concern among members of the United States military, and in the international community, that President Bush's ultimate goal in the nuclear confrontation with Iran is regime change."
A former defense official who still advises the Bush administration told Hersh that the military planning is grounded in the belief that "a sustained bombing campaign in Iran will humiliate the religious leadership and lead the public to rise up and overthrow the government."
This reasoning is counter-intuitive. Iranians who become the victims of US aggression are much more likely to rally around the Islamic fundamentalist regime in Iran and fight to expel the foreign infidels.
"Air Force planning groups are drawing up lists of targets, and teams of American combat troops have been ordered into Iran, under cover, to collect targeting data and to establish contact with anti-government ethnic-minority groups," Hersh learned from current and former American military and intelligence officials.
One of the military proposals calls for the use of bunker-buster tactical nuclear weapons against underground nuclear sites. That would mean "mushroom clouds, radiation, mass casualties, and contamination over years," a former senior intelligence official informed Hersh.
A Pentagon adviser said the Air Force would strike many hundreds of targets in Iran, 99 percent of which have nothing to do with nuclear proliferation.
It would not just be Iranians who take the hits, the Pentagon adviser told Hersh. "If we go [into Iran]," he said, "the southern half of Iraq will light up like a candle." Our troops in Iraq would be at risk of retaliation from Iran and the Muslim world, according to the Washington Post.
Mohammad Ebrahim Dehghani, an Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander, said Tuesday that in response to an invasion of Iran by the United States, Iran's first target would be Israel.
Once again, Team Bush is whipping the media - and its consumers - into a frenzy of fear, this time against a nuclear Iran.
Two weeks ago, Condoleezza Rice said that Bush administration officials "have to be concerned when there are statements from Iran that Iran would not only like to have this technology but would share it, share technology and expertise." Rice also said, "We can't let this continue."
Never mind that Western nuclear scientists said last month that Iran lacks the skill, material and equipment to fulfill its immediate nuclear ambitions, the New York Times reported.
Once again, a "preventive" war initiated by Bush would violate the United Nations Charter, which forbids the use of armed force against another country unless it poses an imminent threat, or when the Security Council authorizes an attack.
Bush is following the same route he took on the way to regime change in Iraq. He pressured members of the Security Council for a resolution threatening Iraq. The Council passed Resolution 1441. France, Russia and China issued a joint statement specifying, "Resolution 1441 (2002) adopted today by the Security Council excludes any automaticity in the use of force." In other words, the US would have to return to the Council to secure authorization to invade Iraq.
Bush was unable to secure a second resolution from the Council that would authorize an attack on Iraq. So Bush rationalized his invasion by cobbling together Resolution 1441 and two prior Council resolutions from the Gulf War. None of these, separately or collectively, provided a legal basis for Bush's war on Iraq.
A draft Security Council resolution on Iran, which is supported by Britain, France and the US, was circulated on Wednesday. The next day, French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin said, "My conviction is that military action is certainly no solution." Russia and China, the other two permanent members of the Security Council, concur with de Villepin's sentiments.
But, as it did in Iraq, the British government would likely support Bush if he decides to attack Iran.
Last month, Britain's former foreign secretary, Jack Straw, branded the idea of a nuclear strike on Iran as "completely nuts." He said military action against Iran was "inconceivable," and warned his Cabinet colleagues that it would be illegal for Britain to support US military action against Iran.
On Friday, Straw was rewarded for his candor with removal from his position as Foreign Secretary. Both the Independent and the Guardian in London wrote that Straw's "fate was sealed" after an angry call from the White House to Blair. The Independent reported that friends of Straw believe Bush was extremely upset at Straw's comment that the use of nukes against Iran was "nuts."
Tony Blair has signaled his support of a US military strike, warning that ruling out military action would send a "message of weakness" to Iran.
When asked a few days ago about the possibility of a nuclear strike on Iran, Bush stated unequivocally, "All options are on the table."
The Bush administration is undoubtedly pushing the draft resolution as a step along the way to its unilateral use of armed force against Iran.
The draft states that the Council would be "acting under Chapter VII" of the UN Charter. This means that it would be based on a finding of a threat to international peace and security, would be legally binding, and could be the basis for the later imposition of sanctions or the authorization of force.
Yury Fedotov, the Russian ambassador in London, explained that Russia opposed the Chapter VII reference because it is reminiscent of past resolutions on Iraq and Yugoslavia that led to US-led military action which had not been authorized by the Security Council.
"We have serious doubts sanctions would work," Fedotov said. "[They] could pave the way to a military action. The military option is a nonsense. It's [an] adventure that could threaten international stability in this region and beyond."
Indeed, there is no basis for a finding that Iran poses a threat to international peace and security, according to John Burroughs, Executive Director of the Lawyers' Committee on Nuclear Policy.
Although the International Atomic Energy Agency found Iran to be in non-compliance with some requirements of the non-proliferation and disarmament regime, the IAEA has clearly said there is no evidence that Iran has diverted its declared nuclear materials to weapons.
President Mahmoud Ahmedinajad, who is not necessarily the controlling power in Iran, has engaged in belligerent rhetoric. "This is deplorable," says Burroughs, "but it does not establish a threat to the peace. There has also been belligerent rhetoric coming from Israel and the United States."
Given the stakes, it would seem logical that the Bush administration would pursue a diplomatic solution and avoid another disastrous conflagration in the Middle East.
Hugh Porter reported in Asia Times that even Ahmedinajad is amenable to negotiation. The Iranians, he writes, are willing to compromise on enrichment if they can achieve security guarantees against attack.
But Bush refuses to talk to Iran's leadership. Richard Armitage,deputy secretary of state in Bush's first term, warns that "diplomacy is not simply meant for our friends. It is meant for our enemies."
When he inaugurated Iran into his "axis of evil," Bush defined Iran as our enemy. Sanctions, or an attack, on Iran would hurt the Iranian moderates, whom the US should view as allies.
Moreover, invading Iran may well achieve precisely the opposite of what it portends to do. Joseph Cirincione of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace maintains it would strengthen Iran's resolve to develop nukes. It "is almost certain to accelerate a nuclear bomb program rather than destroy it." Cirincione said, "It's clear to me there's no military solution to the Iran problem."
Bush's threatened aggression against Iran is no more about nuclear weapons than Iraq was about weapons of mass destruction. It is propelled by an agenda of the neo-conservatives and Washington's pro-Israel lobby. The US seeks to control the entire Middle East and its valuable oil deposits by changing Iran's regime, installing a US-friendly government, and building permanent US military bases.

My granddaughter is from an Hispanic family...her "Pops" is 100% Hispanic: Mexican. I do not hate her any more then I hate him. Why? Because he is here as a legal citizen of this country, has worked and paid the same taxes we all do, his whole life!! He has not come here and broken laws by entering our country illegally, but has become an Hispanic American-he also speaks English! And Spanish.
Lawbreakers need to be punished. Period, Or else we have anarchy...and make no mistake. This is once again the hegelian dialectic in operation: "Order out of Chaos." The Illuminati way!!! They are going to allow the people of America to be flooded with illegals and then we will ALL be treated the same way. Either bow to the new god--government and the Elite, or be swept off the planet. And anyone who wants to argue this point, better crawl BACK into that hole you've been hiding in for years!! THIS IS A PLANNED INVASION!! And do NOT look to the government to help you, as it is they who created the problem-chaos, to create their own solution-order. Their way!!
So it isn't the issue at hand again so much as the Elite once again having thier way and we are powerless to stop it. It is too late. WE could have stopped it long ago, but we were sleeping with eyes wide shut!!
